Beach Petroleum inform us that Bob Kennedy an Adelaide accountant and liquidator has control of the company - Mr Kennedy was reluctant to say anything about the status of the company at all - he says it has no directors and that there is a possibility it will be refloated in the near future - shareholders are likely to receive notice - of whatever is going to transpire - by the end of 2003 - we would like to hear from anybody who can speak with more authority about developments
