we understand PSC Insurance Group Limited agreed to acquire all of the shares in ENA with ENA shareholders receiving approximately 0.056 New PSC Shares for every 1 ENA Share held on the Record Date (7:00pm AWST on 10 November 2023) - top up consideration of $?? per share was also paid, the total implying a value of about $0.28 for each ENA share	21/11/2023
The Scheme of Arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) pursuant to which PSC Insurance Group Limited has agreed to acquire all of the shares in the capital of ENA has today been implemented. ENA Scheme Shareholders have today been issued approximately 0.056 New PSC Shares for every 1 ENA Share held on the Record Date (7:00pm AWST on 10 November 2023). An aggregate of approximately $3,366,002 Top Up Cash Consideration has been paid by PSC in accordance with the terms of the Scheme which has today been distributed to the ENA Scheme Shareholders.	17/11/2023
