we understand that ASX required the Company to satisfy the admission requirements as a new listing (commonly referred to as a "back door listing"). The most significant issue this raised for the Company was the spread requirement, which could only be achieved through a public offer capital raising. The Company has no short term requirement for capital - In addition, the Board has determined that the cost of complying with ASX Listing Rule 11.1.3 (the back door listing requirements) significantly outweighs the benefit of maintaining the Company as an ASX listed entity - the Company intends to immediately apply for listing and quotation on the NSX	29/10/2012
