Under listing rule 17.6, any entity (if not already suspended) that had not paid its annual listing fees by close of business on Monday 22 August 2016 will have its securities suspended from official quotation before the commencement of trading on Tuesday 23 August 2016. The company has not paid its annual listing fees in respect of the year ending 30 June 2017 but the securities are already suspended from official quotation.

The second meetings of creditors of DSHE and its Australian subsidiaries were held today in Sydney. The Administrators presented the key findings of their Report to Creditors released on 13 July 2016. Creditors resolved at the meetings to appoint Joseph Hayes and Jason Preston as Liquidators of DSHE and its Australian subsidiaries. Creditors also resolved to form a Committee of Inspection, to consult with the Liquidators about matters relating to the liquidations.

The second meetings of creditors of DSHE and its Australian subsidiaries have been convened for Monday, 25 July 2016 at 11:00am at the Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

The Administrators confirm that ASIC has granted the following relief: The Dick Smith Group do not have to comply with any of the following obligations under Part 2M.3 of the Corporations Act 2001: prepare half-year financial reports under section 302 and lodge the reports with ASIC within the time required by section 320; and prepare a half-year directors' report under section 306. This relief applies to the financial half-year ended 28 December 2015, and ends on or before the earlier of: 9 August 2016; or the Dick Smith Group entering into liquidation.
