The company has implemented a scheme of arrangement to acquire NinjaOne Australia Pty Ltd's shares in Dropsuite. Shareholders received a $5.90 consideration per share. Trading in Dropsuite shares was suspended, and Dropsuite plans to remove it from the ASX list.	29/05/2025
