we understand Web.com Aus BidCo Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Web.com Group, Inc. was successful with an offer of $0.27 cash per DN8 share	30/10/2019
The scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Web.com Group will acquire all of the issued shares of Dreamscape has been implemented. All Dreamscape shares have been transferred to Web.com Aus BidCo Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Web.com Group, Inc. The scheme consideration has been paid to Dreamscape shareholders.	29/10/2019
The securities of Dreamscape Networks Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday 15 October 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Western Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Web.com Group, Inc will acquire all of the issued shares in DN8.	15/10/2019
