we understand at least some shareholders sold shares back to the company for 5.5 cents in 2000 taking the buy back opportunity to establish a capital loss - recently shareholders received a return of capital together with a letter from Hedron Investments Limited who now hold the Disctronics shares in trust - evidently litigation is ongoing but the company expects to "deliver a pleasing final outcome" to its members - enquiries to telephone number in Melbourne (03) 8676 0222	04/09/2004
THIS IS A NOTE WE CARRY FOR QUATRO - IT MAY BE HELPFUL TO DISCTRONICS SHAREHOLDERS "company (ie Quatro) has a small amount of cash and a residual holding in Disctronics a company that lost its listing on 3 Feb 1993 - attempts are being made to realise Disctronic's overseas assets which will have some flow through to Quatro shareholders - there are some 3500-4000 shareholders who will not be able to crystallise any capital loss until this is finalised - we will maintain contact with the company"	12/09/2002
