Luminus Systems reports that the process towards relisting continues - given that a number of anticipated target dates for the relisting have not been met the company is reluctant to provide a further target date - as it currently stands all the companies required accounting disclosures have been made - it now has a number of formal steps to complete before relisting and they are well progressed - in addition, given the companies financial year ends 31 December, much of its accounting/regulatory resources are focused on achieving the stock exchange timetable for reporting of results	03/02/2004
