I attended the training done by GFA-International Management Consulting GmbH on behalf of Ausgleichsbank at Hamburg Germany last 28 June 1998 to 2 July 1998. I submitted my project plan but i did not receive any funding, I followed it up but I did not receive any comment. Am I still qualified to receive the funding? Thank you very much,
