we understand Perenti Limited acquired all of the issued shares in DDH paying either the standard consideration of 0.6924 Perenti shares plus A$0.1238 cash per DDH share or the maximum cash consideration of 0.5544 Perenti shares plus approx A$0.2685 cash per DDH share or the maximum scrip consideration of 0.8105 Perenti shares per DDH share	10/10/2023
The scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Perenti Limited will acquire all the issued shares of DDH1 has now been implemented.	06/10/2023
Based on the price of shares in Perenti at the close of trade on 28 September 2023 of $1.06, a marketable parcel of Perenti shares under the scheme is 472 Perenti shares or more. DDH1 shareholders, who, based on their holding of DDH1 shares on the record date, their consideration election and the operation of the scaleback arrangements (if applicable), would, on implementation of the scheme, be entitled to receive less than a marketable parcel of Perenti shares under the scheme, will be deemed unmarketable parcel shareholders.	29/09/2023
