delisted following successful Selective Capital Reduction of the Company

we understand the company was requested by Austrex (Gems) Pty Ltd., Sandra Bresnahan and Darrell Bresnahan the Managing Director of Darrell James (who together held approximately 66% of the issued shares in Darrell James) to put a proposal to Darrell James shareholders involving a cancellation by way of reduction of capital of the approximately 34% of shares in Darrell James in which these parties did not have an interest and the consequent delisting of the Company - shareholders in Darrell James whose shares were cancelled received $2.00 cash for each share so cancelled - 90 cents of this was a fully franked dividend
