we understand DPT unitholders were to receive 1.075 AOF units and 0.501 GPT units in return for each DPT unit - there was also a cashout option of $2.54 per DPT unit up to a maximum of 4,000 units per DPT unitholder, registered as at close of business on Friday 24 March 2000

we understand the October 1996 Prospectus for Darling Park Trust provided that the final instalment on the partly-paid units of $1.50 per unit was due and payable on 31 December 1999 - a very small number were unpaid with those units then forfeited and offered for sale
