we understand Prime Retail Group, Tyndall Meridian Trust and Centro Properties Group made an offer of 75 cents per unit for all of CT Retail Investment Trust - under the terms of the offer, CT Retail unitholders were offered the 75 cents in cash for the redemption of all CT Retail units - unitholders also had the opportunity until 26 June 2001 to elect to have the proceeds reinvested into either Prime Retail Group ("PRX") or Tyndall Meridian Trust ("TMT") securities without the impost of stamp duty or brokerage costs
