we understand a product disclosure statement for the initial public offering of Units in World Water was issued on 29 March 2007 (PDS). The PDS provided that World Water would reach Maturity 5 years from the Initial Issue Date. Accordingly, World Water reached Maturity on 25 May 2012 and terminated on that date. Pursuant to the PDS, EQT entered into a Market Maker Deed with CSEAL and a Limited Liquidity Facility Deed with Credit Suisse (the Contracts). In accordance with the terms of the Contracts, EQT has agreed with CSEAL and Credit Suisse that the Market Maker Deed and the Limited Liquidity Facility Deed terminated at 4.00 p.m. on 18 May 2012

The securities of Credit Suisse PL100 "World Water Trust (the "Trust") will be suspended from quotation from the close of trading today, 18 May 2012, at the request of Equity Trustees Limited as responsible entity of the Trust, in anticipation of the Trust" maturity date on 25 May 2012 and in accordance with the Trust" product disclosure statement dated 29 March 2007.
