following the retirement of four directors from the Board of CH4 and the merger with Arrow Energy N.L the company will be delisted on or about Tuesday 12 September 2006	15/08/2006
following the lodgement by Arrow Energy N.L. of its Notice of Compulsory Acquisition under Section 661(b) of the Corporations Act, shares in CH4 will be suspended from trading with effect from close of trading on Friday 4 August 2006	04/08/2006
