Century Australia shareholders received 0.834 new WAM Leaders shares for every 1 Century Australia share held. WAM Leaders issued a total of 78,620,134 shares under the Scheme. Trading of these new WAM Leaders shares is expected to commence on a normal settlement basis from Wednesday, 6 March 2019.

WAM Leaders Limited has acquired all Century shares through the scheme of arrangement, which was implemented today. Century will apply for the removal from the official list of the ASX from the close of trading tomorrow.

The Federal Court of Australia has approved the merger with Centuray Austalia Investments Limited through a scheme of arrangement. Century Australia shareholders on the share register as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on the Scheme record date (currently expected to be Tuesday, 26 February 2019), will be entitled to receive approximately 0.834 new WAM Leaders shares for every 1 Century Australia share held. The Scheme consideration has been calculated on a pre-tax net tangible assets (NTA) basis for both Century Australia and WAM Leaders as at the calculation date, being 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 31 January 2019.

The securities of Century Australia Investments Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday, 19 February 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which WAM Leaders Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in CYA.
