The securities of Canada Land Limited (the "Company") will be reinstated to quotation immediately, following the release of an announcement by the Company detailing a conditional cash offer received from Chedsey Limited

Further to the release to the ASX on 13 June 2012, the Company has received advice from the bidder, Chedsey Limited, that as the Company is a Hong Kong incorporated company listed on the ASX, and it is seeking confirmation from the relevant authority on the applicable jurisdiction which the offer must be made for securities in the Company. As this confirmation has not yet been received, the Company seeks an extension of one further week to the suspension of trading in the Company's securities on the ASX until 6 July 2012
