These unconscionable darlings have screwed their investors out of their shares every which way possible: In 2000 we started with 4,000 shares worth $10.80 each in what was then Intellect Holdings (IHG). Then they "reconstructed capital" and our 4,000 shares became 200. Then the ASX suspended them. Then they renamed themselves to Ellect Holdings Ltd. Then they re-named the co again, to EHG Corp. Ltd. After re-listing they "reorganised capital" again, when we were left with 2 shares - by now there were only a few large shareholders in the co. who voted themselves whatever they wanted. As if that wasn't enough, they "reconstructed" again, and we were left with 1 share. Then they re-named the co. again, to Bunuru Corp Ltd (BUN), followed by a new Constitution, another name change to Invitrocue Ltd (IVQ), and a Board full of Asians. ........And there you have it: a perfect case-study in how to siphon wealth off shareholders who gave them money !!
