we understand the Trust had realised all its investments and only had cash on deposit remaining of approximately $156,000 - when Global Funds Management Australia Limited ("Global") acquired a 49.8% interest in BSIT from Brick Securities Ltd, they extended the offer to acquire units at Net Tangible Asset Backing per unit to all unit Holders - and Unit Holders had the option to continue their investment in the Trust with a new Manager, accept the offer from Global (at the current Net Tangible Asset backing of 0.50 cents per unit) or dispose of their units
