BHL will continue working with its external auditors to complete all of its financial accounts in accordance with its obligations under the Corporations Act 2001. Deloitte has undertaken to provide the Company with a timeframe for the completion of the audit of the Company's outstanding financial accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 as well as for the completion and audit of the Company's financial accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 in the coming weeks. The Company also expects to be in a position to lodge its Appendix 4E (Preliminary Final Report) within the same timeframe.

The Company has not lodged its Preliminary Final Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 by the due date.

The Company continues to liaise with its auditors, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu on the completion of the audit for the outstanding 31 December 2020 financial accounts and 30 June 2021 half yearly review. The Company is taking active steps to deal with matters raised by Deloitte during their audit of the 31 December 2020 financial statements. The Company is targeting lodgement of the outstanding accounts in March 2022.

The company has completed the sale of its Clydesdale (Precinct 2 and 4) residential development at Marsden Park with Stockland Development Pty Limited.

The company is relying on ASIC Corporations Instrument 2020/1080 to extend the date to dispatch the company's annual report from 4 months after year-end to the earlier of 21 days before the next AGM after year-end or 5 months after year-end. The company is continuing to finalise its audited accounts and annual report.
