The proposed acquisition of Beyond by Screentime Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Banijay Entertainment SAS by way of scheme of arrangement has been implemented today, 30 December 2022. Accordingly, Screentime Pty Limited now holds all of the issued shares in Beyond. Beyond shareholders have been sent $0.7744 cash per Beyond share held at 7:00pm (AEDT) on 20 December 2022.	30/12/2022
