The scheme of arrangement between Bellamy's and its shareholders in relation to the proposed acquisition of Bellamy's by a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited was implemented today.

The securities of Bellamy's Australia Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday, 10 December 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of New South Wales orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Wise Journey Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited, will acquire all of the issued shares in BAL.

The securities of Bellamy's Australia Limited will be reinstated to quotation from the commencement of trading today, Thursday, 20 July 2017 following the release of an announcement by the Company on 17 July 2017.

Further to the announcement on 21 December 2016, the Company remains in suspension until the earlier of release of an announcement by the Company or the commencement of normal trading on 13 January 2017.
