we understand AWX was a single purpose company created to offer specifically priced shares that gave rights to investors in relation to a specific vintage of wine - the company did not achieve the scale initially envisaged and ceased operations - investors were to take physical delivery of the wine when the shares delisted - the 'wine class shares' have also been delisted from the Newcastle Stock Exchange
