we understand the Scheme of Arrangement gave effect to a merger between IOOF Holdings Limited ("IFL") and AUW whereby AUW shareholders received 1 New IFL share for every 3.73 AUW shares which they held	15/05/2009
company advises that the scheme of arrangement between AWM and its shareholders (the Scheme) has been implemented - all AWM shares have been transferred to IOOF Holdings Ltd (IOOF) and all options over AWM shares have been cancelled in accordance with the Scheme - an application to delist AWM from ASX will be made shortly	13/05/2009
