we understand on 30 June 2001, unitholders in AHIF resolved to wind up the Fund - an interim capital distribution of 5 cents per unit was made following that resolution - on 10 October, 2001, unitholders approved the sale of the fund's main undertaking, the Southern Highlands Private Hospital for $2.7 million - a final capital distribution of 25 cents per unit was made following completion of that sale
