As at the close of business on Friday, 29 January 2021, the unaudited estimate of the Net Tangible Assets per unit of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund was $0.01.

As at the close of business on Thursday, 31 December 2020, the unaudited estimate of the Net Tangible Assets per unit of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund was $0.01.

As at the close of business on Monday, 30 November 2020, the unaudited estimate of the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) per unit of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund (ASX: AGM) was $0.01*.

Walsh & Company Investments Limited, the responsible entitey of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund, has changed its name to E&P Investments Limited. This is in line with the wider E&P Financial Group Limited name change. The name change to E&P Investments does not change the ACN or AFSL.

As at the close of business on Friday, 30 October 2020, the unaudited estimate of the Net Tangible Assets per unit of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund was $1.80.

Walsh & Company Investments Limited, in its capacity as Responsible Entity of Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund, advises that the tax components for the distribution announced on 2 November 2020 payable on or around 16 November 2020 are now available at https://www.governanceandethicalfund.com.au/.

Walsh & Company Investments Limited advises that following the date of termination of the Fund on 26 October 2020, the Fund's equity portfolio has been sold down and converted to cash. Walsh & Company Asset Management has agreed to waive its contractually entitled fee for the remaining term of the Investment Management Agreement. Estimated Distribution: $1.789 per Unit; Record Date: 6 November 2020; Ex-Distribution Date: 5 November 2020. The payment date is expected to be on or around 16 November 2020. The Fund will retain a small amount of cash to pay expenses, which include Fund wind up costs of approximately $45,000.

The company releases a notice of dividend/distribution.

As at the close of business on Friday, 23 October 2020, the unaudited estimate of the Net Tangible Assets per unit of the Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund was $1.80*.

The securities of Australian Governance & Ethical Index Fund will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of AGM, pending its termination and wind-up as announced on 25 August 2020.
