we understand that following a review of the future prospects of the Fund the board of the Responsible Entity (Providence Funds Management, now Pilgrim Capital) resolved to terminate the Fund - the final distribution was expected to be 60 cents - we have no precise figure but believe it was eventually of the order of 59.6 cents
