apparently former director Henry Townsing along with Grace Kang and Dennis Virik are directors of the company - Aust-Wide is a "shell" with no tangible assets or working capital - Townsing is reported to have claimed that one reason for reviving the company is an obligation he feels to shareholders who lost money	28/12/2007
shareholders have evidently been sent a notice of meeting possibly about a buy-back of shares - the directors having been asked to provide an explanation are obviously wishing to avoid scrutiny - we would be glad to hear from a shareholder at admin@delisted.com.au	15/12/2006
receivers Bentleys MRI retire, saying it had satisfied major secured creditors - control of the company reverts to the directors - we are trying to ascertain what they intend doing with the company	15/07/2005
