we understand that the merger of Lion Selection Group Limited (LSG) and AuSelect Limited (AUS) was effected by way of two separate scheme of arrangements - the first scheme was between Lion and its members (the "Lion Scheme") and the second scheme was between AuSelect and its members (the "AuSelect Scheme") - Lion shareholders received 1 New Lion share for each share held at the record date (23 April 2007) and .061 New Lion options for every 1 Lion share held at the record date (23 April 2007) - the exercise price for the options will be $1.51 - AuSelect shareholders received .797 New Lion shares for every 1 AuSelect shares held at the record date (23 April 2007)	07/05/2007
