All conditions relating to the proposal for Blackstone to acquire all of AJA's interests in its Japanese assets have been satisfied and the proposal has been completed.

The company has submitted a request to ASIC to extend the last date to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) by up to 2 months, so as to enable it to co-ordinate the AGM with the meeting to approve the winding-up. Failing an extension being granted, the date of the Astro Group's AGM will be 24 November 2017.

As a result of the approval of all resolutions at the general meeting, the distribution record date under the proposal is 7:00pm on 20 September 2017.

The securities of Astro Japan Property Group will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Group, following lodgement of its results of general meeting in which the Group's securityholders approved all resolutions relating to the proposal for Blackstone to acquire the Group's interests in its Japanese assets.
