company gives notice that "its Shares will be cancelled from admission to, and trading on, the ASX" as from 18 September - rather curious as we thought the shares had not been trading since November last year!

company informs CDI holders that it proposes to delist from trading on and admission to, the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"). Accordingly it will no longer be necessary or permissible, for interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), to be held in the form of Chess Depository Interests ("DIs")

the Company gives notice that subject to confirmation from the ASX, it's Shares will be cancelled from admission to and trading on the ASX at a date to be confirmed by the ASX

further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 June 2009, the Company gives notice that , subject to confirmation from the ASX, its shares (CDI's) will be cancelled from admission to and trading on ASX with effect from close of trading on 1 July 2009 (the "ancellation"). As set out in the circular to shareholders dated 3 March 2009, the Directors intend to re-register the Company as a private limited Company following the Cancellation. The Directors will continue to keep shareholders informed as appropriate, in particular with respect to any subsequent distribution to be made by the Company to its shareholders, through the Company's website

we understand that the company will not be distributing any return of capital before the end of June 2009 as it will "still be involved in the administrative process of delisting and preparing to make the return of capital in a way that ensures the tax authorities view this as a capital loss rather than income gain"
