we understand AUF was restructured from a fund of funds to a direct equities listed investment trust (Evans & Partners - EAF) - shareholders received one unit in EAF for each share they held in AUF	17/05/2018
The unaudited, post-tax net tangible asset backing of the Asian Masters Fund at 30 April was $1.31 per share (compared with $1.29 per share at 31 March 2018).	08/05/2018
With respect to the restructure resolutions passed by shareholders at the general meeting on 23 April 2018, the Board of Asian Masters Fund Limited has determined to make a distribution of $1.31 per AUF share comprising a fully franked dividend of $0.4037 per share and a capital return of $0.9063 per share to be provided on 11 May 2018. On the Effective Date, shareholders will receive one fully paid ordinary unit in Evans & Partners Asia Fund for every ordinary share they hold in AUF as at the Effective Date. As such no cash will be paid to AUF shareholders. The issue price for these units is $1.31 per unit. Holding statements for units in EAF are expected to be issued to unitholders on or about 11 May 2018 with trading in units commencing on or about 17 May 2018.	04/05/2018
