Under listing rule 17.6, any entity (if not already suspended) that had not paid its annual listing fees by close of business on Monday 22 August 2016 will have its securities suspended from official quotation before the commencement of trading on Tuesday 23 August 2016. The company has not paid its annual listing fees in respect of the year ending 30 June 2017 but the securities are already suspended from official quotation.

At the Scheme of Arrangement in relation to the acquisition by Australian Logistics Acquisition Investments Pty Limited of all Asciano shares (other than those held by the excluded shareholders) has been implemented today. In addition, all of the Asciano shares held by the excluded shareholders have been transferred to BidCo. Accordingly, all Asciano shares have been transferred to BidCo. An application to delist Asciano from the ASX will be made shortly.

The company issues a cleansing prospectus for the offer of up to 1,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.40 per Share.

The company has finalised the outstanding contractual matters in relation to the $10 million capital raising (Placement) and are now awaiting settlement. Accordingly, the current suspension is to be extended to on or before the close of trading on Monday 22 August 2016. The Directors advise that significant progress has been made and settlement is expected to occur shortly. It is anticipated that ASX will re-instate the Company's shares to trading immediately following the release by the Company of an announcement that confirms completion of the Placement and allotment of the shares.

The joint venture between Qube and Brookfield Infrastructure (and its co-investors) today completed its acquisition of all of the shares in Asciano Holdings (Containers) Pty Limited, the entity that holds Asciano's Patrick's Terminals business. Completion of the scheme of arrangement in relation to Asciano occurs tomorrow Friday 19th August.
