we understand Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) acquired all of the issued shares in ATL with shareholders receiving 1 THL share for every 3.210987 ATL shares they held	01/12/2022
The company announces the completion of the merger between ATL and Tourism Holdings with the scheme of arrangement having been implemented today., thl and its controlled entities now hold all of the issued shares in ATL. The divestment of assets to Jucy, being a condition subsequent to the scheme, has also been completed today. The thl consideration shares is expected to commence trading on 2 December 2022 on a normal setlement basis. thl consideration shares will also be able to be traded on the NZX.	30/11/2022
The securities of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Monday, 21 November 2022 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Queensland orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement by which Tourism Holdings Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in ATL.	21/11/2022
