we understand Dexus Nominees Pty Limited, an entity controlled by Dexus Funds Management Limited, acquired all of the issued stapled securities in APD for the consideration of 90 cents per stapled APD security

The acquisitino of Dexus Nominee of 100% of the stapled securities in APD pursuant to a scheme of arrangement and trust scheme has today been implemented. The scheme consideration of 90 cents per stapled APD security held on the scheme record date (being 6 August 2021) has been paid to securityholders today.

The securities of APN Property Group will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Wednesday, 4 August 2021, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Victoria orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Dexus Nominees Pty Limited, an entity controlled by Dexus Funds Management Limited, will acquire all of the issued stapled securities in APD.
