we understand the scheme of arrangement involved a corporate reorganisation whereby shareholders in Anvil Mining NL received one Anvil Mining Limited Chess Depositary Interest (CDI) for every one share they held - each CDI represented one tenth of an Anvil Mining Limited share - Anvil Mining Limited is the new holding company for the Anvil Group and is listed on ASX and on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "AVM"
