The proposed acquisition of Altium by Renesas Electronics NSW Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Renesas Electronics Corporation, by way of a scheme of arrangement, which was approved by the requisite majorities of Altium shareholders on 12 July 2024 and the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 18 July 2024, was implemented today. Altium shareholders have been paid A$68.50 for each Altium share they held at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 25 July 2024 (being the record date).	01/08/2024
The securities of Altium Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Friday, 19 July 2024 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of New South Wales orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement by which Renesas Electronics NSW Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Renesas Electronics Corporation, will acquire all of the issued shares in ALU.	19/07/2024
