Unitholders should note: the only way you are now able to realise your investment (prior to the final wind up of AYT) is to transfer your Units off-market to a willing purchaser; ï¿½ AMF will not be creating a market for Units but has apparently arranged for Computershare Investor Services to provide an ï¿½Information Service' whereby interested sellers and buyers can be introduced; ï¿½ you may receive income distributions and capital returns as infrequently as annually (subject to the performance of the MIS Notes, AYT's last remaining assets); ï¿½ Unitholder communications will be made via www.adelaidemanagedfunds.com.au ï¿½ the existing Management and Board structure is expected to remain in place	15/12/2011
