The Scheme consideration of A$7.80 for each Aconex share held at 5:00pm on the Scheme Record Date (Thursday, 22 March 2018) has been sent to shareholders today.	29/03/2018
The securities of Aconex Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday 15 March 2018 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the orders made by the Supreme Court of Victoria with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Oracle Corporation (through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vantive Australia Pty Ltd) will acquire all of the issued shares in the Company.	15/03/2018
