we understand WAM Leaders was successful with an offer of 0.68768 new WAM Leaders shares for every AEG share	05/10/2022
The Court approved scheme of arrangement between AEG and its shareholders was implemented. All AEG shares have now been transferred to WAM Leaders and eligible shareholders have been issued new WAM Leaders shares as their scheme consideration. A total of 62,073,402 new WAM Leaders shares were issued today in accordance with the scheme.	04/10/2022
The pre-tax NTA per share of AEG and WAM Leaders Limited as at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 23 September 2022 has now been Confirmed in accordance with the Scheme Implementation Agreement and the Scheme terms. On the Calculation Date: AEG's pre-tax NTA per share, after transaction related costs and deduction of pro forma selling costs, was $0.9536. WLE's pre-tax NTA per share, after transaction related costs, was $1.3867. New WAM Leaders Shares will be issued in accordance with the Scheme on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 (being the Implementation Date).	30/09/2022
