we understand IPH Limited acquired all of the issued shares in XIP for the consideration per Xenith share in accordance with the following shareholder elections: Standard: 0.12621 IPH shares and $1.28 cash, Max Cash: $2.15 cash, Min Cash: 0.27136 IPH shares and $0.2776 cash	15/08/2019
The scheme of arrangement between IPH and Xenith has been implemented. IPH has now acquired ownership of 100% of the issued capital in Xenith. Trading of New IPH Shares is expected to commence on an ordinary settlement basis from Friday 16 August 2019. Cash consideration has been despatched to Xenith shareholders today.	15/08/2019
The securities of Xenith IP Group Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday, 1 August 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which IPH Limited ICN 169 015 838 will acquire all of the issued shares in XIP.	01/08/2019
