delisted because of the significant downturn in the company's trading position (it appears the company's shares were never traded on the exchange) due to the impact of Covid-19 and new import requirements in China means the Directors believe it would be in the best interests of the company for it to delist from NSX and in turn convert to a proprietary company. By doing so the Company will significantly reduce its ongoing administrative costs	30/07/2021
